1. Small Tea Leaves: The best quality tea leaves are straight, pointed, flat, smooth, uniform, and dry, with a yellowish-green hue resembling unpolished rice.
2. Strong Bean Aroma: The tea soup is clear and pure, sweet and mellow, without bitterness or astringency, with a rich and lasting bean aroma, fresh and fragrant, and the infused leaves are tender, green, and translucent.
3. Authentic Origin: Lion Peak Longjing tea is primarily produced in Longjing Village and Wengjiashan Village in Hangzhou, known as the “Number One Tea Village in the World.”
4. Brewing Method: Use a glass cup, warm the cup and lid, use 80-90°C boiling water, and a tea-to-water ratio of 1:50. Top, middle, or bottom infusion methods are all acceptable.
